We've been here since the turn of the last century. Established in 1894 we have catered for locals and business gentlemen with the finest food and beverages from local suppliers. Klaas and Tinka are proud to carry on this fine tradition in the spirit in which it was formed all those years ago. The Sherlock is full of warm atmosphere and fun generated by your hosts and our distinguished clientèle.

Sherlock Holmes was named a winner in the category 'The Best Pub/Bar in the Netherlands' of the 2010 Best of British awards. The awards were launched in 2009 by The Daily Telegraph and British Airways so that British expatriates could nominate the restaurants, clubs and bars that they feel best represent Britain abroad.

This year is the WORLD CUP from South Africa. All games will be shown live and on BIG SCREEN.

Sherlock's Time-Tables for the games will be available in May at the bar.

The 2^nd Sherlock Holmes Golf Day

8pm till 11pm

The quiz is composed of 8 rounds with questions, music, and a visual round (famous people, geography, etc.). You can enter the quiz individually or form your own team with some friends (max. of 5 persons per team). The entry fee is €2.50 per person.

Prizes for 1^st, 2^nd & last !!!

The winning team from each month are automatically placed to take part in the final in December for the Grand Prize!!
